Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location. V-Care only currently offers shipping to those in the United States.
Local delivery/Prescription Add-ons
We offer free Rx delivery for our V-Care Pharmacy patients. If you're a patient of ours, give us a call to see about adding your order to your free Rx Delivery so you can get everything at once.
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup.
International Shipping
We are currently not offering international orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your product ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
